Weibo group, the R & D and manufacturing brand of water heater in China, is a large-scale production base of electrostatic dry powder enamel liner electric water heater. Since 1997, Weibo has focused on electric water heaters, producing more than 10 million sets of electric water heaters, OEM manufacturing for more than 20 famous Chinese brands, and the products are exported to more than 37 countries and regions. Weibo is famous for its advanced manufacturing equipment and reliable product quality. The company has introduced five German Eisenman enamel liner production lines, as well as a complete set of equipment from international well-known equipment manufacturing enterprises, such as German Wagner company and Italian apes company. It is a benchmark enterprise for domestic electric water heater manufacturing.

By the end of 2019, Weibo electric and Seiko intelligent team will work together to embrace the home appliance industry cluster policy and accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises. At the beginning of 2020, the Seiko cloud MES project of cooperation between Weibo and Seiko was successfully launched.

Project phase

Project scope

Implementation function

1) Basic management: manage the basic project information in MES system.

2) Process management: system control the key process of products, mainly control the input process, quantity, assembly sequence and other information.

3) Equipment management: maintain the basic information of equipment, establish SN to control each equipment. Including equipment maintenance, equipment spot check, equipment maintenance and other functions.

4) Fixture Management: basic information and status management of fixture, tool, fixture, etc

5) Work order management: the work order on-line, off-line, rapid production and other actions. And real-time query work order information, including machine type, production input and output, online information, etc.

6) Assembly production: manage the key parts traceability, assembly testing and packaging management of the assembly line.

7) Quality management: manage the quality inspection, first inspection, patrol inspection and quality abnormality management in the production process.

8) Kanban management: online installation of Kanban display to display the production line or workshop capacity, work order achievement rate, pass through rate and quality KPI

9) Report center: statistical analysis of business data in MES system.
